Public Hearing: Wastewater Impact Fee Facility Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and Impact Fee Enactment

A physical Copy of the 2023 Wastewater Facility Plan and the 2025 Impact Fee Analysis will be available to review at the Bear Lake Special Service District office at 147 W Logan Road, Garden City, UT 84028 (behind the fire station) during office hours.
